Beach bab(i)es

Well, maybe it's a little weird to be calling these two babies - since last year they're taller, faster, and even crazier (in a good way) than before. But that makes me work harder to keep up with them and there's nothing wrong with that! Believe it or not this was a late, late blast of North American summer that enabled us to relocate to a local beach for their session and Emma and JR made the most of it. And serious hats off to their mama for creating a last minute wardrobe change that gave a pop of appropriate color to the ocean theme. I like to be and feel organized all the time, but in this case a short notice chop and change helped create some beautiful images to celebrate their family where they are this year. Next year .  . . . Maldives? :)
